This Cookie Policy explains how atlanticdentalturkey.com and its campaign (landing) pages use cookies and similar technologies, which third parties are involved and how you can control them. 1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website or a third-party service stores in your browser when you visit a page. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as localStorage), tracking pixels and scripts that read information from your device. Some are set by the website you are visiting (first-party), while others are set by other companies whose services are used on the page (third-party). Some last only until you close your browser (session cookies), while others remain for a set period (persistent cookies).
2. What our own website stores
Our own website code does not set any cookies. The analytics and advertising cookies listed in the table below (for example _ga, _gcl_au and _fbp) are placed on our domain by third-party scripts loaded through Google Tag Manager and are controlled by the providers named. The only information our own code stores on your device is the progress of the dental profile quiz, which is kept in your browser's localStorage so that you can continue where you left off. This includes your answers and any contact details you entered in the quiz. It stays on your device until you restart the quiz or clear your browser's site data, and is sent to us only when you submit the quiz.
3. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: needed for security and for the website to work, such as the Cloudflare Turnstile check that protects our forms against bots and abuse. These do not require consent.
- Functional: remember choices or progress you have made, such as the quiz progress described above.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the website (Google Analytics 4).
- Advertising and conversion measurement: show whether our advertisements lead to enquiries and help Google and Meta deliver and measure advertising (Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
- Third-party content: embedded services such as Google Maps and our 360-degree virtual tour may set their own cookies when they load.
4. Legal basis and your consent
We use strictly necessary technologies on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure website. Where required by law, in particular under the Turkish KVKK and the Personal Data Protection Authority's guidance on cookies, the EU ePrivacy rules and GDPR, and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we rely on your consent for analytics, advertising and other non-essential cookies. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using your browser settings and the tools listed in section 7, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Our analytics and advertising tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NN5Q3CDH). Google Tag Manager itself is used to manage these tags and is not intended to set its own cookies, but it loads the services listed below.

When you submit a form, our website also reports a "Lead" event to Meta so that we can measure advertising results. Where the Meta Pixel has not loaded, this may be sent as a direct request to Meta's servers. This event does not include the content of your form.
6. Other third-party resources
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the jsDelivr content delivery network. These services receive your IP address and browser information when the resources are downloaded, but our website does not use them to set cookies. The map is shown on the contact page and on some campaign pages, and the virtual tour is shown on the virtual tour page.
7. How to manage cookies
You can control and delete cookies and site data through your browser settings, and you can set most browsers to block third-party cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent our forms from working. Instructions are available from your browser's help pages, for example for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
